Invitation for Bid The Port of Oakland (sometimes referred to herein as "Buyer") is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide As-Needed Preventative Roofing Maintenance and Minor Emergency Work, (Bid No. 25-26/25) for the Port of Oakland (Attention: Nickulaus Sioson), at 530 Water St. (Purchasing Department), Oakland CA 94607, until 2:00 p.m. on June 11, 2026. All interested qualified and licensed roofing contractors are invited to submit bids to become an approved monthly vendor for as-needed preventative roofing maintenance and minor emergency work. Services will be provided under an annual blanket purchase order (PO), with work authorized on a job order basis throughout the contract term. The Port will establish a not-to-exceed (NTE) amount ranging from $50,000.00 up to $250,000.00 for the annual blanket PO. There is no guarantee of work or minimum volume of services under the Blanket Purchase Order. The Port reserves the right to select one or more vendors to participate. All work performed under the blanket Purchase Order (PO) for this solicitation is subject to California prevailing wage requirements, and contractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at the time of bid and for the duration of the contract.
