NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District (“District”) of Los Angeles County, California acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner” or “District”, will receive bids up to, but not later than 9:00 a.m. on June 4, 2026, for the award of a contract for:
BID NO. 049-26-06-24DISTRICTWIDE SUPPORT CONTRACT
Bids shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated time and will take place at the Purchasing Office located at 38 Crest Road West, Rolling Hills, CA 90274.
Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the following classifications: B – General Building Contractor. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the California Business and Profession Code at the time the bid is submitted.
All bids shall be made and presented on the forms presented by the Owner. Bids shall be submitted by email to crossr@pvpusd.net and snyderc@pvpusd.net with the subject line clearly labeled “Districtwide Support Contract, Bid No. 049-26-06-24.” Any bids received after the above-specified time or after any extensions due to material changes shall not be opened and will be rejected.
An optional Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Friday, May 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. but not less than five calendar days after publication of the original notice. The optional pre-bid conference will take place at the Office of the Purchasing Department at 38 Crest Road West, Rolling Hills, California 90274.
Each bid must conform and be responsive to this notice and all other documents comprising the contract documents. All interested parties may obtain bid documents and information about this project by visiting www.pvpusd.net/bids .
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding process.
