The primary purpose of the CDBG program is the development of viable communities, decent housing and expanding economic opportunities for persons of low and moderate income.A draft Annual Plan will be available for review on the City of Napa website at: www.cityofnapa.org/cdbg or by contacting the Housing Division at 707-257-9543 beginning May 14 th , 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Copies will also be available at the Office of the City Clerk at 955 School Street.
