RFQ 25-333 Construction Manager/ Owners Representative Services for Highland Gardens I & II
Building Better Communities, Inc. (BBC) is a non-profit associated with the Broward County Housing authority, an independent special district of the State of Florida. is soliciting proposals to provide Construction Manager Owners Representative Services for the renovation of two adjacent affordable housing complexes in Deerfield Beach, FL, known as Highland Gardens, I and II. The rehabilitation of both sites is being financed as a single project with tax-exempt bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). BBC proposes to retain a highly qualified Construction Manager/Owners Representative firm to provide the services described herein. Firms and their team members should have significant experience in rehabilitating affordable housing projects of similar scope and complexity to be considered for this project.
