ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 26-34R DESIGN/BUILD WESTSIDE DOG PARK OFF NW 108TH TERRACE PROJECT ALL QUALIFIED PROPOSERS: Sealed Proposals shall be received by the Citys e-Procurement website bidsandtenders TM for the above referenced RFP before 3:00 PM EDT local time, June 22, 2026. Interested parties shall submit packages to: https://www.tamarac.org/bids for the following project: The City of Tamarac is seeking to engage qualified firms to submit proposals (RFP) for the Design/Build of the Westside Dog Park off NW 108th Terrace Project. The proposed project site is approximately 0.55 acres, located within an existing City owned parcel along NW 108th Terrace, south of Sanibel recreation center & club house, west of Devon community. The proposed elements include fenced areas for large and small dogs, a 5-foot concrete walking path, water fountain for dogs, pet disposal stations, 2 covered/shaded benches, trash receptacles, landscaping, signage, video surveillance, Wifi and other associated elements. This project includes developing cost estimates with product specifications, design plans and details, permitting and construction of Westside Dog Park off NW 108th Terrace Project in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements contained in the RFP document. The work includes all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, obtaining all applicable permits, necessary supervision, and incidentals to complete the project as specified in the RFP document. All proposed work shall be completed in accordance with the project documents, plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements. A non-mandatory, pre-proposal conference will be held on June 1, 2026, 10:00 AM, Eastern Local Timevia Microsoft Teams at the link shown on the cover page of the RFP Document. Please note that this meeting will be recorded and uploaded to Bids&amp;Tenders but it is highly encouraged that all parties interested in bidding on this project should try to attend this meeting.
