INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will only be accepted at the Town Clerks office, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida 33458: UNIT PRICE CONTRACT FOR MEMBRANE SERVICES (W2608A) Until 2:00 PM, Local Time, May 12, 2026, at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Community Room #108, adjacent to Town Council Chambers. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk, on paper and in electronic format, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk, Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 May 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM Unit Price Contract for Membrane Services (W2608A) The general nature and scope of this project is: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide the following services for the Town of Jupiters Water Utility: - in-place chemical cleaning of reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration (NF) membranes, - troubleshooting and repair of RO and NF membrane systems including but not limited to pressure vessel leaks, instrumentation, sample panels, etc. - cleaning of stainless-steel pipe and equipment, - all other work described by the Bidding Documents. Work under this contract shall be completed on an as needed basis as requested by the Town. Contractor shall prepare work order proposals for Town approval based on bid unit pricing and agreed upon schedules. Town will authorize work orders for acceptable proposals. The initial term of the contract is 2 years, and the contract contains provisions for renewal for up to a total duration of 5 consecutive years. Bid Documents will be available on April 14, 2026, through Euna OpenBids, formerly DemandStar, at www.demandstar.com. Bid Documents can be downloaded by registering for a free agency subscription for the Town of Jupiter. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 1:00pm at the Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant, located at 17403 Central Blvd., Jupiter, FL 33458 within the Utilities Administration Conference Room. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not a requirement for bid qualification; however, bidders are encouraged to attend. All questions concerning the bid shall be directed to Chris McKenzie, Utilities Systems Manager, in writing, by email (chrism@jupiter.fl.us). Questions delivered by email should contain the name of the Project/Bid in the subject heading of the email and be sent with a read receipt to ensure successful receipt of the email by the Town. Clarification and changes to the bid documents will occur by addendum through www.Demandstar.com, if needed.
