INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will only be accepted at the Town Clerks office, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida 33458: RO-14 WELLHEAD CONSTRUCTION (W2011E) Until 2:00 PM, Local Time, May 19, 2026, at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Community Room #108, adjacent to Town Council Chambers. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk, on paper and in electronic format, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk, Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 May 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM RO-14 Wellhead Construction (W2011E) The general nature and scope of this project is: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct all civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical improvements required to complete the RO-14 Floridan Aquifer raw water well improvements depicted on the drawings and in accordance with these specifications to provide a complete and functional system. Contractor's duties include, but are not be limited to: providing and paying for mobilization and demobilization; pre and post construction videoing; project area dewatering; labor, materials, and equipment; tools, construction equipment, and fuel; electric, water, and utilities required for construction; freight and sales tax; testing and laboratory services; surveying and field engineering; record information in electronic form (both AutoCAD and PDF) and a hardcopy; compliance with all the conditions of the permits issued for this project; any other incidental labor, materials, and equipment required to construct the project; site restoration. Bid Documents will be available on April 21, 2026 through Euna OpenBids, formerly DemandStar, at www.demandstar.com. Bid Documents can be downloaded by registering for a free agency subscription for the Town of Jupiter. A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 27, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant, located at 17403 Central Blvd., Jupiter, FL 33458 within the Utilities Administration Conference Room. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not a requirement for bid qualification; however, bidders are encouraged to attend. All questions concerning this project shall be directed to Mitchell Savitski, E.I., Senior Utilities Engineer, in writing by email to MitchellS@jupiter.fl.us (with the Project Name in the subject of the email). Emails should be delivered with a Read Receipt requested to confirm successful receipt by the Town. Clarification and changes to the bid documents, if needed, will be made by addendum through www.Demandstar.com. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
