INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will only be accepted at the Town Clerks Department, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida 33458: Contract for Supplying Sulfuric Acid Re-bid (W2604K) Until 2:00 PM, Local Time, March 17, 2026 at which time and place all bids received for each of the above listed contracts will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Community Room #108, adjacent to the Town Council Chambers. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk, on paper and in electronic format, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk, Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 March 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM Contract for Supplying Sulfuric Acid Re-bid (W2604K) The general nature and scope of this project is: Supply the Town of Jupiter Utilities Water Treatment Plant with 98% sulfuric acid for use in the treatment of drinking water in accordance with the bid/contract documents, for a period of 495 days, beginning May 23, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with the option to renew the contract for up to two (2) individual and consecutive one (1) year terms, with semiannual price adjustments in accordance with provisions of the contract. Bid Documents will be available on February 16, 2026 through Euna OpenBids, formerly DemandStar, at www.demandstar.com. Bid Documents can be downloaded by registering with for a free agency subscription for the Town of Jupiter.
