SEALED BIDS: All bid forms must be submitted and executed, as required, and included with the bid in a sealed envelope. Bids must be submitted in hard copy and compact disk. The face of the envelope shall contain the above address, the date and time of Bid opening, the Bid title and Bid number. All Bids are subject to the conditions specified herein. Bids not submitted with the completed attached Bid Form(s) may be rejected. Bidders which do not comply with these conditions are subject to rejection of their bid by the TOWN.

BIDS WILL BE OPENED 2:00 P.M. (EST), March 25, 2026 in the Town of Jupiter Community Room, Room 108, at the address noted above, and may not be withdrawn during the 90 calendar days following such date and time.

Project Description: This Contract consists of, but not limited to, provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for final site improvements, including but not limited to demolition, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, underground utilities, concrete material pad, fence modifications, pavement modifications, and modifications to the pond, including surface restoration of all areas impacted by construction and all associated work defined within the projects construction documents. Contractors bidding this project shall be FDOT prequalified and all asphalt and concrete incorporated shall be obtained from an FDOT approved plant.
RFB and specifications: Bidders may obtain the RFB from Demand Star beginning February 25, 2026.
Pre-Bid Conference: The Town will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting to answer any questions on March 10, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. on site, at 3131 Washington St., Jupiter, FL. We will meet outside the main entry gate and walk to the site. The pre-bid conference and bid opening are public meetings.
Bid Bond Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable to the Town and be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
Payment and Performance Bonds: The Contractor shall provide Payment Bond and Performance Bonds for all work.
Federal Funding: This Project is not funded by grants from the Federal Government.
Project Budget: The Towns budget for this project is $1,200,000.00.
In accordance with the Section 17 of the Instruction to Bidders in the Invitation to Bid, the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
