Bidders which do not comply with these conditions are subject to rejection of their bid by the TOWN. BID TITLE: Civil Engineering Continuing Services RFQ BID NO.: #EPW 2026-07 BIDS WILL BE OPENED 2:00 P.M. (EST), April 7, 2026 in the TOWN of Jupiter Community Room, Room 108, at the address noted above, and may not be withdrawn during the 90 calendar days following such date and time. Project Manager: William A. Grieve, P.E. Project Description: This Continuing Services Contract will provide general civil engineering support and other engineering services to the TOWN. Work includes but is not limited to, supporting TOWN staff with the implementation of the TOWNs Comprehensive Plan, Community Investment Program (CIP) for FY 2026-2030 including planning, civil engineering design and construction support services. RFQ and specifications: Bidders shall obtain the RFQ from Demand Star beginning March 10, 2026. All submittals shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Qualifications, including but not limited to the documents contained in the RFQ and accompanied by documentation referenced therein. In accordance with the Section 1 of the Request for Qualifications, the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. 3/8/26 #12144760
