REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - RFP 2026-0004
TOWN-WIDE BRANDING & IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT, PLACEMAKING, AND STRATEGIC CONSULTING SERVICES
The Town of Lady Lake is seeking professional consultant services for the following initiatives:
Develop a comprehensive Town-wide brand identity and strategy for placemaking and wayfinding implementation.
The selected consultant (Consultant) will provide expertise in developing a comprehensive and implementable brand identity that reflects Lady Lakes unique strengths, historic roots, community pride, and forward-looking vision. The strategy must be adaptable across Town departments and operations, scalable to support future growth, and effective across digital and traditional communication platforms.
The Consultant shall have experience working with the public sector in branding, design, and placemaking. Experience facilitating inclusive and collaborative processes with elected officials, staff, residents, and business stakeholders is essential.
This work is estimated to take approximately 6 months. The anticipated budget range is $25,000 $30,000, depending on scope and proposed deliverables. Final scope and budget will be negotiated between the Consultant and the Town.
RFP documents may be obtained through Demandstar at https://www.demandstar.com or through the Town of Lady Lake Clerks Office at 409 Fennell Blvd., Lady Lake, FL 32159, (352) 751-1501, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Proposals for this project must be received by the Town of Lady Lake at the office of the Town Clerk, 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida 32159, by 9 a.m. local time on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at which time the proposals received will be opened and read in the Town of Lady Lake Commission Chambers located at 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida. RFPs received after the specified submittal date and time, or improperly marked, will not be accepted.
The Town of Lady Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. Responses to this RFP upon receipt by the Town will become public record subject to provisions of Chapter 119 F.S., Florida Public Records Law.
