April 21, 2026 COPY MAILED TO OWNERS OF PROPERTIES WITHIN A 300’ RADIUS OF THE SITE AS LISTED FROM LATEST TAX ROLL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Clarkstown will hold a public hearing pursuant to the applicable sections of the NYS Town Law, Sections 276, 277 and/or 274a & 274b on May 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Room 301, Clarkstown Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, New City. Said meeting and public hearing will be held in person. The Town of Clarkstown Planning Board will at said time hear all persons in support of any matter before it or any objections thereto. Persons or by agent or representative must attend in person. The Planning Board meeting agenda is posted on the Town’s website at https://www.clarkstown.gov. You are invited to examine the application materials and plans for each item on the Town’s website at https://clarkstown.gov/planning under Planning Board Projects. TO PROVIDE COMMENT ON PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: (1) Attend in person. (2) Email comments by 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting to planning@clarkstown.gov. PUBLIC HEARING AND REVIEW OF DEIS: CEDAR CORNERS, SD & SL 35.19-2-6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 44.07-2-10, 10.01 & 10.02 FKA (129-A-13, 18.1, 18, 15, 16, 17, 16.2, 16.1, 19, 128-A-16), CONGERS PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Proposed merger of 16 tax lots and re-subdivision into 3 new tax lots. Lot #1: The proposed construction of two commercial buildings totaling 380,780 square feet of warehouse/office space with 394 parking spaces and 72 loading berths. Lot #2: The proposed construction of a 1,500 square foot fast food drive-thru restaurant with 34 parking spaces. Lot #3: The proposed construction of a two warehouse buildings totaling of 180,740 square feet with 199 parking spaces with approximately 2.5 acres placed in a conservation easement. The property is located on 41.13 acres of CO, COS and LS zoned land on the west side of NYS Route 303, bordered by the CSX railroad to the west and an existing shopping center and existing dwellings off Meola Road in Congers.
