NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Legislature of Rockland County at its Legislative Chambers, Allison-Parris County Office Building, in New City, New York, in said County on the 6th day of May, 2026, at 7:05 o'clock P.M., prevailing time, to inform the public and to receive comments on the proposed acquisition of a portion of Dunnigan Drive to alleviate the traffic congestion that will develop from a proposed warehouse and distribution hub at the intersection of Hemion Road and Dunnigan Drive in the Town of Montebello.
