PUBLIC HEARINGFindlay City Council has scheduled the following Public Hearing on June 2, 2026 at 5:50 PM in the Municipal Building, Council Chambers, situated in the State of Ohio, County of Hancock, City of Findlay to consider the zoning of the Shady Grove annexation via Ordinance No. 2026-060.
Situated in the City of Findlay, County of Hancock, State of Ohio:
SECTION 1: That the following described parcels recently annexed from Marion Township into the City of Findlay, State of Ohio:
A complete legal description is available in the office of the Clerk of Council.
Be and the same is hereby rezoned to its respective zoning classifications of M-2 Multi-Family High Density.
SECTION 2: That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, said property above described herein shall be subject to M-2 Multi-Family High Density regulations.
