PUBLIC HEARINGFindlay City Council has scheduled the following Public Hearing on June 2, 2026 at 5:45 PM in the Municipal Building, Council Chambers, situated in the State of Ohio, County of Hancock, City of Findlay to consider the zoning of the Cole (County Road 212 annexation) via Ordinance No. 2026-058.
Situated in the City of Findlay, County of Hancock, State of Ohio:
SECTION 1: That the following described parcel recently annexed from Allen Township into the City of Findlay, State of Ohio:
A complete legal description is available in the office of the Clerk of Council.
Be and the same is hereby rezoned to its respective zoning classifications of I-1 Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2: That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, said property above described herein shall be subject to I-1 Light Industrial regulations.
