PUBLIC HEARINGFindlay City Council has scheduled the following Public Hearing on June 2, 2026 at 5:55 PM in the Municipal Building, Council Chambers, situated in the State of Ohio, County of Hancock, City of Findlay to consider the zoning of the Westgate Drive/Bright Road annexation via Ordinance No. 2026-061.
Situated in the City of Findlay, County of Hancock, State of Ohio:
SECTION 1: That the following described parcel recently annexed from Marion Township into the City of Findlay, State of Ohio:
Parcel no. 350001012580, 350001008001, 35000087560 = C-2 General Commercial.
Parcel nos. 350001015317, 350000087580, 350000087590, 350000087600, 35000087300, 35000008731 = R-1 Large Lot Residential.
Be and the same is hereby rezoned to its respective zoning classifications of C-2 General Commercial, and also R-1 Large Lot Residential zoning as described above in Section 1.
SECTION 2: That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, said parcels above described herein shall be subject to C-2 General Commercial, and also R-1 Large Lot Residential regulations.
