CODE AMENDMENT NO. 2601 GENERAL EXEMPTION LOCATION: CITY WIDE DESCRIPTION: Amendments to Chapter 26 (Development Code) of the City's Municipal Code to update zoning and development regulations, including but not limited to provisions related to Transitional and Supportive Housing and Land Use Regulations, addition to Allowable Uses table for hotel/motel conversions, and technical procedures relating to expiration of abandoned project applications, to ensure consistency with State law and efficiency of planning administration. The proposed amendment is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3).
