NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting will be held by the City Council on Tuesday May 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning:

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE WAIVER OF MINIMUM REQUIRED ROAD FRONTAGE APPLICATION WRF-26-09, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 14 AT 0 EXLINE ROAD, BETWEEN EXLINE ROAD AND HARRISBURG ROAD (R.E. NO. 015665-0000), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY DELL RAY MCFARLAND, REQUESTING TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM ROAD FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS FROM 48 FEET TO 11 FEET IN ZONING DISTRICT RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY-60 (RLD-60), AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE; PROVIDING FOR DISTRIBUTION; PROVIDING A DISCLAIMER THAT THE WAIVER GRANTED HEREIN SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXEMPTION FROM ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
