NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the Jacksonville Planning Commission on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Edward Ball Building, 1st Floor Hearing Room 1002, 214 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 and the following public hearings will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning:

AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 2.07 ACRES LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 8 AT 0, 1151 MILLER CIRCLE NORTH AND 11938 PULASKI ROAD, BETWEEN MILLER CIRCLE NORTH AND REGIS ROAD (R.E. NO(S). 109521-0000, 109523-0000 AND 109524-0000), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, KST INVESTMENTS, LLC, FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY/GENERAL-1 (CCG-1) DISTRICT TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT, AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE, TO PERMIT A BOAT AND RV STORAGE FACILITY, AS DESCRIBED IN THE KST INVESTMENTS PUD, PURSUANT TO APPLICATION NUMBER Z-7031; PROVIDING A DISCLAIMER THAT THE REZONING GRANTED HEREIN SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXEMPTION FROM ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Application for Planned Unit Development 2026-0374 seeks to rezone approximately 2.07 acres of land from Commercial Community General-1 (CCG-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The properties are located at 0, 1151 Miller Cir N & 11938 Pulaski Rd, (RE: 109521-0000, 109523-0000 & 109524-0000), between Miller Cir N & Regis Rd. The rezoning to PUD is being sought to redevelop the existing plant nursery to allow for boat/RV, semi-tractor and/or truck parking.
