(the Secured Creditor), dated January 26, 2021, and Recorded on February 8, 2021 as Book No. 63127 and Page No. 283, Fulton County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $339,915.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, as last assigned to SouthState Bank, N.A. by assignment that is or to be recorded in the Fulton County, Georgia Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Fulton County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in MARCH, 2026, the following described property:    All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Atlanta in Land Lot 108 of the 17th District of Fulton County, Georgia, being more particularly described as follows:  Condominium Unit Number 10317 of District Lofts Condominium, together with all interest appurtenant to said Unit as shown in that certain Declaration of Condominium for District Lofts Condominium, recorded in Deed Book 60410, Page 449, et seq., Fulton County, Georgia, Records, as amended and/or supplemented (hereinafter referred to as the "Declaration").  This conveyance is made subject to the Declaration and all matters referenced therein, all matters shown on the plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 26, Page 71, et seq., aforesaid records, as amended, and all matters shown on the floor plans recorded in Floor Plans Book 71, Page 1, et seq., as amended.
