DELAWARE COUNTY LOCAL LAW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Unadilla Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Unadilla will hold a public hearing on April 21, 2026 at 5:30p.m. at the Unadilla Fire Department, 177 Clifton St. Unadilla, New York, to consider the adoption of a proposed Local Law entitled: “A Local Law Establishing Chapter 166 of the Code of the Village of Unadilla Entitled ‘Short-Term Rental Units.’” The proposed local law would establish regulations and a permit system for the operation of short-term rental units within the Village. A copy of the proposed local law is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during normal business hours.
