A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 159 ARTICLE XVI SUBSECTION 76 OF THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF UNADILLA FENCES” The Board of Trustees of the Village of Unadilla recognizes fence regulations are created to protect public health, safety, and general welfare, and to ensure orderly land‑use planning. These rules stem from the authority granted to villages to regulate property development and maintain community standards. A copy of the proposed local law is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during normal business hours.
