A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 159 ARTICLE II SUBSECTION 6 OF THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF UNADILLA DEFINITIONS” The Board of Trustees of the Village of Unadilla recognizes the need to protect public health and safety through clear regulation of temporary or seasonal facilities, preserve neighborhood character by distinguishing camps from permanent residences, manage environmental impacts (water, sewage, land disturbance), ensure orderly development consistent with the village comprehensive plan, prevent misuse of land under the guise of “camp” operations, and provide clarity for enforcement, permitting, and zoning administration A copy of the proposed local law is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during normal business hours.
