DELAWARE COUNTY LOCAL LAW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Unadilla Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Unadilla will hold a public hearing on April 21, 2026 at 5:30p.m. at the Unadilla Fire Department, 177 Clifton St. Unadilla, New York, to consider the adoption of a proposed Local Law entitled: “Local Law No. ___ of 2026 entitled “A Local Law Amending Local Law No. 1 of 2017 (Flood Damage Prevention)” The purpose of the local law is to amend Section 4.1 by designating the Otsego County Code Enforcement as the local administrator for floodplain development permits. A copy of the proposed local law is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during normal business hours.
