NOTICE FOR: Fort Lauderdale Beach Wave Wall Light Replacement EVENT #615 The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida is seeking qualified and experienced lighting firms for the Fort Lauderdale Beach Wave Wall Light Replacement Project, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing, supplying, and delivering a decorative LED neon ribbon lighting system and all associated controls, components, materials, and shop drawings required for a complete and fully functional installation. The Vendor shall also provide technical support, startup assistance, testing, commissioning, and warranty services. Installation of the lighting system will be performed by City personnel. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Fort Lauderdale Aquatics Complex, 501 Seabreeze Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Attendance is strongly encouraged. Interested firms must submit proposals in accordance with the requirements of the RFP. For additional information and to access the RFP documents, visit the Citys procurement website. The City uses www.INFOR.com (INFOR) to administer the competitive solicitation process, including but not limited to soliciting bids, issuing addenda, posting results and issuing notification of an intended decision. There is no charge to register and download the RFP from INFOR.
