The Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida, will receive sealed bids online via the BeaconBid e-procurement platform until 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 18, 2026, at which time the system will publicly open and the Procurement Officer Christina Semeraro will read aloud the Bidder names and Total Bid Amount:
IFB No: 26-011 PARK ENTRANCEWAY SIGNS (REISSUE)
The Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms for park entry signs at multiple Town park locations. The project includes fabrication and installation pricing associated with the replication of the existing Town sign located at Founders Park, in accordance with Town-approved conceptual designs and specifications. The solicitation also includes future unit pricing for potential fabrication and/or installation of additional signs during future years, as further described in the bid documents. Bidders shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, shop drawings, permitting, transportation, mobilization, and related services as applicable and necessary to complete the work. The Town will designate general sign locations in the field, and final placement shall be subject to Town approval; professional surveying services are not required.
Bidders shall meet the minimum qualifications set forth in Section 2.2 of the bid documents. All work shall comply with applicable Florida Building Code requirements, and the Contractor shall warranty all materials and workmanship for a minimum of two (2) years.
