NOTICE FOR: Fort Lauderdale Beach Wave Wall Light Replacement

The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services for the Fort Lauderdale Beach Wave Wall Light Replacement Project.
Services include, but are not limited to, design, engineering, permitting support, technical assistance, programming, testing, and commissioning of an exterior architectural lighting system. The selected Consultant will be responsible for preparation of signed and sealed design documents, permit-ready submittals, coordination with permitting agencies, and technical support during City-led installation, as well as post-installation services including system programming, testing, commissioning, and final certification. Installation of the system will be performed by City personnel.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Lauderdale Aquatics Complex, 501 Seabreeze Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
Interested firms must submit qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the RFQ. For additional information and to access the RFQ documents, visit the Citys procurement website.
The City uses www.INFOR.com (INFOR) to administer the competitive solicitation process, including but not limited to soliciting bids, issuing addenda, posting results and issuing notification of an intended decision. There is no charge to register and download the RFQ from INFOR. Complete Request for Qualifications (RFQ) specifications and requirements are available by downloading them from INFOR.COM or Procurement Services | City of Fort Lauderdale, FL. By e-mail, request RFQ by name and number at purchase@fortlauderdale.gov. Packages may also be picked up at the City of Fort Lauderdale Procurement Office, 101 NE 3rd Ave., Suite 1650, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, (954) 828-5140.
Submittals shall be received on or before 2:00 P.M. on April 21, 2026. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure the submittals are received on or before the time and date stated, and in the format stated in the RFQ package.
