NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated November 6, 2025 and an Order on Defendant Lee Stewarts Emergency Motion to Cancel Sale Scheduled for January 29, 2026 dated January 27, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: CACE25008182 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR NRPL 2024-RPL1 TRUST, Plaintiff, and LEE STEWART; POLYNESIAN GARDENS CONDOMINIUMS, INC; LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2019-SL2, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE, are Defendants. FLORIDA.
