Notice of Waiting List Opening for Project-Based Voucher Program Units

In accordance with the HCV Administrative Plan, the Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) will open the following project-based voucher waiting list on Monday, June 1, 2026:

• PBV Waiting List 5- Elderly/Disabled Projects (applicants must be age 62 and older OR handicapped or disabled.

The waiting list will remain open until SHA has determined that the waiting period for housing assistance for most applicants has reached 12 months.
